Key Responsibilities:
Tropicana Brands Group is seeking a highly qualified Brand Manager- KeVita & Premium Brands to support the US Marketing team to ensure the company’s goals and initiatives are met. This role will be responsible for supporting the KeVita drinks business, which aims to drive growth by providing delicious gut health & wellness beverages to all consumers.
The KeVita Brand Manager will be responsible for owning and optimizing our commercial execution, including packs, channels, in-store execution, and more. KeVita is looking for a critical thinker with exceptional communication, influencing and relationship management skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Additional Responsibilities
• Support the strategy development and annual plan designed to accelerate KeVita’s growth via retaining and recruiting consumers
• Recommend changes to in-year execution and/or identify new opportunities based on performance indicators
• Identify the optimal portfolio and business expansion opportunities across channels, regions, and retailers based on current brand performance, competition, and consumer need state segmentation
• Lead cross-functional team through launch of new product and packaging innovation and visID changes
• Work collaboratively with the commercial team for the development of price, promotion, and channel strategy plans
• Work collaboratively with marketing services and agencies to develop marketing materials and execution plans
• Demonstrated ability to implement short- and long-term strategies to support organizational operation and transformation
• Lead, influence, and collaborate across functions to drive results through formal and informal channels
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree required preferably in Business/ Marketing; MBA preferred
• Minimum 3-5 years experience in Marketing, preferably in CPG industry
• Proven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies
• Track record of delivering growth results
• Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix
• Strong interpersonal, communication, influencing & organizational skills.
• Experience in leading cross-functional teams and comfortability leading teams including Supply Chain, R&D, Finance, Planning, etc.
• Strong analytical and financial management skills (P&Ls, margin analysis, Comms)
• Ability to thrive in a fast pace agile environment with limited direction and balance competing priorities
• Ability to elevate work and present to executive leadership
• Experience planning and leading strategic initiatives
• Extremely versatile, dedicated to efficient productivity
• Strong project reporting skills, with a focus on interdepartmental communication
