Job Description:

The Mechanical Assembler performs medium mechanical assembly work. Works under general supervision and has some responsibility for work output.

Responsibilities:

  • Good understanding of products and processes.

  • Able to troubleshoot assembly issues with support from supervision & able to work on a variety of tasks.

  • Assemble machined parts

  • Apply mechanical assembly skills.

  • Riveting, hydraulics, bonding and torque assembly tasks.

  • Read blueprints and work instructions.

  • Perform failure analyses; troubleshoot mechanical failures with support from supervision.

  • Rework parts to print per instructions.

  • Able to work on a variety of tasks.

  • Facility maintenance as requested.

  • Other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma/GED

  • 2-6 years related experience

Skills and Knowledge:

  • Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.

  • Good communication skills verbal and written

  • Ability to communicate in English.

  • Basic math skills

El Montador Mecnico realiza trabajos de montaje mecnico mediano. Trabaja bajo supervisi*n general y tiene cierta responsabilidad por el resultado del trabajo.

Responsabilidades:

  • Buen conocimiento de productos y procesos.

  • Capaz de solucionar problemas de ensamblaje con el apoyo de la supervisi*n y capaz de trabajar en una variedad de tareas.

*Montar piezas mecanizadas

  • Aplicar habilidades de montaje mec*nico.

  • Tareas de remachado, hidr*ulica, pegado y montaje de torque.

  • Leer planos e instrucciones de trabajo.

  • Realizar anlisis de fallas; Solucionar fallas mecnicas con el apoyo de la supervisi*n.

  • Vuelva a trabajar las piezas para imprimir seg*n las instrucciones.

  • Capaz de trabajar en una variedad de tareas.
