We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Principal Security Architect to build and lead a security diligence and integration program for Fullsteam's M&A activities. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in assessing security postures, identifying risks, and in driving remediation activities during M&A activities. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of cybersecurity principles, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive security assessments for potential acquisitions.
  • Identify and mitigate security risks associated with M&A transactions.
  • Develop and implement security integration plans post-acquisition.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless security integration.
  • Stay updated on the latest security trends and regulatory changes.
Primary Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in cybersecurity.
  • Strong knowledge of security frameworks, regulatory requirements, and threat modeling.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and leadership abilities.
  • Strong bias for action and ability to take initiative.
