Our industry-leading client is seeking a Cybersecurity Business Analyst.

Job Responsibilities
  • Engage with stakeholders to understand and gather detailed business requirements
  • Document functional and non-functional requirements
  • Analyze existing business processes to identify areas for improvement
  • Develop process maps and workflow diagrams
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data to understand business performance and trends
  • Create reports and presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders
  • Collaborate with IT and development teams to design solutions that meet business needs
  • Validate and test proposed solutions to ensure they meet requirements and specifications
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, process flows, and user manuals
Job Requirements
  • 5-10 years of experience
Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.

W2 employees of Eliassen Group who are regularly scheduled to work 30 or more hours per week are eligible for the following benefits: medical (choice of 3 plans), dental, vision, pre-tax accounts, other voluntary benefits including life and disability insurance, 401(k) with match, and sick time if required by law in the worked-in state/locality.
