Serve as the technical development lead for the Kafka application and provide technical expertise and guidance to the PTR2 team. Responsible for developing scalable and efficient backend solutions within the Kafka application, while driving cross collaboration amongst both functional and technical teams to understand requirements to ensure seamless integration with front-end components. In addition, in this role the backend system developer will be knowledgeable on the Agile Development Lifecycle and follow best practices to perform code reviews to ensure development coding standards are utilized properly; as well as, provide technical guidance and support to junior developer.
