Job Responsibilities:
Greet customers in a professional manner.
Build rapport through conversation and honest recommendations.
Work with customers to fulfill their needs.
Assist with setting up merchandise displays on the sales floor.
Collaborating with fellow team members to keep the sales floor area clean and organized at all times.
Participate in training sessions to get familiarized with products.
Learn the many facets of the appliance business.
Focus on leads and follow-up with same.
Other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required, Associate degree preferred.
1-3 years of relevant retail sales experience, a plus.
Must be committed to providing outstanding customer service and demonstrate strong interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with POS (point of sale) systems and the ability to learn new technologies.
Ability to work a flexible schedule.
Ability to upsell.
Excellent organizational skills, ability to prioritize, and comfortable working independently.
