  • Monitor all mechanical equipment within a commercial building that includes chillers, boilers, cooling towers, pumps, heat exchangers, air handles, fans, automatic temperature controls, electrical switch gear, fire alarm systems, and building automation systems.
  • Interact with tenants and ensure all requests are answered.
  • Work with on-site contractors and vendors
Requirements:
  • CFC Certification
  • GED or High School degree
  • 4 years of experience in the commercial engineering industry
