This is a part-time position with the understanding that our organization is seasonal. Seasonal work includes more hours in Spring and Summer with a reduction in hours during the Winter. This position is in office. Position Responsibilities: Answer phone inquiries. Respond to customer emails. Maintain company website and social media accounts. Assist with new hire onboarding. Assist with recruiting new talent. Assist with customer invoicing. Assist with entering expenses into accounting system. Asist with the creation of company policies. Assist with job scheduling. Development of company culture. Purchase office supplies. Assist with employee relations. Assist with processing biweekly payroll. Other responsibilities as needed. *Requirements: * High School Diploma. Valid Ohio driver license. Preferred experience and/or education in the fields of business, office management, customer service, graphic design, marketing, or human resources. *Pay: * Compensation is based on experience $15 - $18 / hour. Annual raises are also available based on performance. *Hours: * Monday -- Friday 8:00 am -- 4:00 pm.
