Position Responsibilities:

  • Assist potential clients with setting up services through daily walk-ins for open-access intake assessments
  • Researches and develops community resources in response to identified client needs
  • Serves as a liaison between the consumers, care managers, and therapists
  • Demonstrates good interpersonal skills and problem-solving capabilities; serves as a positive role model for clients.
  • Engage with clients by phone and in person to offer support and guidance.

Position Requirements:

  • HS Diploma or GED required.
  • Current or past consumer of community mental health services.
  • Willingness to self-identify as being in recovery and share personal journey to support and benefit members of the program.
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Position requires frequent driving of own vehicle. Valid driver's license and vehicle are required.
