Procurement Associate

Location: Richmond, VA
Duties:
- Extensive working knowledge of federal and state government procurement policies for the purchase of Non-IT and IT goods, services and grants.
- Familiarity with federal government procurement policies and grants.
- Demonstrated ability to interpret and apply state procurement regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Demonstrated experience in developing formal and informal Request for Applications/Proposals (RFA/Ps), Invitation for Bids (IFBs), and other contractual documents, and administrating contracts.
- Advanced knowledge of spot, term, sole source, and ordering agreements for goods and non-professional service procurements.
- Demonstrated experience researching techniques for obtaining goods and services; and experience analyzing data, developing reports, and applying business rules.
- Ability to plan, organize, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate orally and in writing.
