Job Title: Automation Controls Engineer

Summary:

We are looking for someone with a electrical, controls, and automation background to integrate & automate hardware into controls systems. This person will work to improve, streamline, and automate manufacturing processes to maximize efficiency,

Responsibilities:
  • Programming new automated components
  • Process and document automation test plans, user requirements, and other drafting reports
  • Install and repair electrical systems, calibrate equipment, and inspect designs for quality control
  • Utilizing, programming, and troubleshooting PLCs
  • Working with robotics & HMI systems
Requirements:
  • Associates Degree/Bachelors Degree in a Technical Field
  • Working experience in a highly regulated industry
  • Demonstrated experience integrating hardware into automation systems
  • Proficiency with PLC's, Allen Bradley/Ladder Logic, and HMI systems
  • Vision Systems experience
  • FAT & SAT
  • C#
  • Solid documentation skills (Drafting user requirements, test protocols, and validation/qualification reports)
