Join Our Team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist
Are you passionate about finding the best talent and helping organizations grow? We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to take our recruitment process to the next level We're seeking a candidate with strong online experience who is comfortable navigating digital platforms and adept at using various online tools and technologies to enhance the recruitment process.
As a key player in our HR department, you'll manage all aspects of the recruitment process, from sourcing and attracting top talent to extending offers across all levels and departments of the Agency. You’ll collaborate with our HR team and hiring managers to ensure we find the right fit for every position.
What You'll Do:
Partner with HR and hiring managers to align on recruitment goals and strategies.
Design and implement effective recruitment plans, including job posting optimization, marketing channels, and talent planning.
Source top talent for various roles across the Agency through creative methods like social media, job boards, and networking.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from application review and phone screenings to coordinating interviews.
Lead recruitment initiatives, manage budgets, and develop compelling marketing materials to attract top candidates.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of talent for future roles.
Keep job descriptions and postings up to date, ensuring timely execution.
Complete and distribute high-quality weekly and monthly staffing reports to track recruitment success.
Maintain a database of candidate records, including active and passive prospects, for future roles.
Coordinate participation in job fairs and may be required to make presentations to represent the Agency.
Develop and maintain contacts with schools, alumni groups, outreach organizations, and other partners to support recruiting efforts.
What We're Looking For:
Bachelor’s Degree.
3-5 years of relevant recruiting experience.
Healthcare recruiting experience preferred.
Strong proficiency with internet-based recruiting resources.
Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
Bilingual candidates preferred
