Patient Coordinator Responsibilities:
  • Perform receptionist duties, including greeting patients and answering phone calls.
  • Warmly greet patients, answer questions, and provide exceptional customer service throughout their journey.
  • Coordinate appointments, verify insurance coverage, and efficiently manage patient flow.
  • Process patient payments, explain financial policies clearly, and ensure accurate billing practices.
  • Assist the team with administrative tasks, maintain patient records, and ensure a smooth operation.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and reliable, with a strong work ethic.
