Seeking a patient-centered and empathetic Pulmonary Critical Care physician to join our Critical Care practice in our ICU with brand new Smart Rooms compatible with EPIC making the hospital reach new heights in annual Most Wired awards in 2022

  • Full-time hospital employed position
  • Friday-Friday schedule; 12-hour days, one week on, one week off
  • On-call during your week on shift 7p-7a
  • Average patient census in ICU: 7-10
  • Opened ICU
  • Inpatient/outpatient mix
  • Team: one physician, 5 advanced providers, support staff (RN s, Nursing Assistants, RT, Case Management, Office Staff)
  • Brand new Ultrasound in 2023
  • EPIC Smart Rooms
  • Family Medicine Residents and Medical Student on site
  • Hospital built in 2008

Compensation Details:

  • Base salary, $60K sign-on bonus, and $2K per month for resident/fellow stipend up to $24K in last year of training, also qualifying for the PSLF
  • Excellent benefits package with malpractice and tail coverage
  • Benefits: 403b with company match, 457f, health/dental/vision, PTO and country club membership included
  • 15 days paid vacation annually
  • $5K annual CME allowance
