We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager -Experienced in developing and growing a new market and managing a sales team is a must

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Leverage existing customer relationships to drive sales and business growth.
  • Travel frequently to customer sites, including SMEs, within the territory.
  • Work independently and often remotely, managing your schedule and tasks effectively.
  • Achieve sales targets and KPIs to maximize commission opportunities.
Skills Required:
  • Sales expertise
  • Establishing new market or territory
  • Industry experience/Building materials
Ideal Candidate:
  • Proven sales background with specific experience in building materials REQUIRED
  • Strong network and customer base in the industry preferred
  • Ability to work independently and manage significant travel requirements.
  • Track record of leading successful sales team
