Director of Sales and Branding

The Director of Sales and Branding is a key leadership role responsible for driving revenue growth, shaping the company's market position, and leading a high-performing sales and marketing team. This position involves developing and executing strategic initiatives to maximize sales opportunities, enhance brand visibility, and develop and drive an effective channel management program.
A successful candidate will be responsible for:
Strategic Planning:
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to attract and sign new distributors, establish and nurture strong EPC partnerships, and expand regional field sales opportunities.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for growth.
- Continuously evaluate sales performance against forecasts, making necessary adjustments to strategies and tactics to ensure the achievement of sales and growth goals.
- Cultivate a strong Strategic Customer Partnership culture
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing EPC firms, ensuring mutual growth and alignment with the company's product offerings.
- Provide guidance and resources to the Strategic Account Management team to ensure proper execution of the best-in-class customer experience for these critical partners.
- Facilitate collaboration between internal teams and EPC partners to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
- Offer comprehensive technical and sales support to EPC partners, including product training, project consulting, and troubleshooting.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive channel management strategy, including the creation and execution of a structured channel program.
- Identify and onboard new channel partners, ensuring alignment with company goals and market positioning.
- Define and communicate channel policies, guidelines, and incentives to support partner engagement and drive sales performance.
- Provide support and resources to ensure channel partners have the necessary tools and knowledge to effectively promote and sell the company's products.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of channel partners, adjusting the strategy and program as needed to maximize results and ensure mutual success.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing distributors.
- Oversee the creation of marketing strategies, focused on growing audiences and driving broader adoption of EG4 products.
- Ensure implementation of effective messaging and branding through digital marketing efforts, including social media and website content.
- Utilize advanced data analytics and market research to create accurate sales forecasts, aligning with the company's strategic growth objectives and revenue targets
- Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities to expand the EG4 footprint, leveraging market insights and competitive analysis to guide expansion efforts.
- Develop a targeted strategy for marketing events and trade shows to effectively showcase products and strengthen relationships with potential partners.
- Capture and communicate ROI on all marketing strategies and activities
- Negotiate terms and agreements to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships.
- Ensure all contracts comply with company policies and legal requirements.
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve company objectives.
- Establish sales targets, track performance, and implement improvement plans as necessary, while maintaining a strong sense of accountability and delivering excellent customer service.
- Develop training programs for the sales team to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Conduct regular training sessions and workshops.
- Monitor sales and marketing metrics to assess the effectiveness of strategies and initiatives.
- Prepare and present reports to senior management on sales performance and market trends.
- Manage the sales and marketing budget to ensure cost-effective use of resources.
- Allocate funds for various marketing activities and initiatives.
- Ensure all sales and marketing activities adhere to industry regulations and company policies.
- Promote ethical business practices within the sales and marketing teams.
