Minimum Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications: Requires a Bachelor's degree in Cognitive Science, HCI, Psychology, Sociology, Anthropology, Information Science, Economics, Political Science, Mathematics, or related field and one year of work experience in job offered or in a user experience/research or computer-related occupation. Requires one year of experience in the following: Qualitative and user-centered research methods (eg, interviewing, ethnography, co-design, concept-testing) Analytics, project management, and problem-solving Communicating research findings and implications to product audiences Autonomy and independent decision making to weigh tradeoffs and balance demands Generating insights that shape how product teams think about short, medium and long-term product strategy Partnering with product management, content design, design, data science, engineering, marketing, and other technical roles to conduct and share research.
