Duties and Responsibilities
- Greets customers and visitors with a positive and helpful attitude.
- Helps maintain workplace security by issuing, checking, and collecting badges as necessary and maintaining visitor logs.
- Assist with a variety of administrative tasks including copying, faxing, taking notes etc.
- Provide excellent customer service to our internal/external customers.
- Work in compliance with our company policy as outlined in Surlean Foods employee handbook.
- Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, conducting reference checks, scheduling and conducting interviews, assists with the onboarding process of new hires.
- Recommend strategies to motivate employees, creating employee engagement plans, getting necessary budget approval and initiating activities,
- Work closely with management to coordinate employee development plans and performance management.
- Assist management with preparing and administering appropriate disciplinary action against employees who violate rules and regulations and addressing employee grievances.
- Facilitate a work environment that supports a safe and healthy culture.
- Build trust and relationships with all team members, assist and support with efficient problem-solving when any human resources issues arise.
- Performs other related duties as required and assigned.

Qualifications
H.S. Diploma or one to two years’ experience in customer service.
Bilingual – English and Spanish is required.
