WasteXperts - an on-site waste and recycling facilitator - is looking for a Dispatcher to join their team in Martinez CA.

Position Summary: The Dispatcher ensures efficient daily operations by communicating between field employees, supervisors, and customer service. This includes monitoring daily routes, collaborating across departments to troubleshoot issues, and ensuring adherence to operational standards.

• Act as the first point of contact for field employees to address route-related issues and troubleshoot problems in real-time.

• In collaboration with Supervisors, adjust an optimize routes to address delays, rerouting stops as necessary.

• Monitor daily routes using tools like Descartes, Salesforce, and Lytx to ensure all scheduled stops are serviced on time and within the

protocol.

• Track field employees' recording of arrival and departures, breaks and lunches, fuel stops, and photo uploads, escalating recurring issues to supervisors.

• Communicate daily with field employees, discussing time restrictions, route status, and other safety-related concerns.

• Quickly escalate urgent issues, such as unresponsive technicians or blocked access, to supervisors for resolution.

• Provide written confirmation and follow-up for all time-sensitive customer requests, missed stops, and resolutions.

• Document and create detailed cases for customer service, including reports on missed pickups, property damage, and additional service requests.

Pay is $25 hr and the start time is 6 am Mon-Friday
