Role Responsibilities:

Social Media Management:

  • Update and enhance the Social Media Orientation program for acquisitions and new employees, ensuring efficient onboarding and training.
  • Coordinate and execute social media initiatives, including posting engaging content, responding to inquiries, and providing assistance to different departments.
  • Monitor and analyze social media performance, crafting reports detailing key metrics, reach, engagement, and growth.

Content Creation:

  • Collaborate with various teams to produce high-quality multimedia content, including videos and images, for various marketing initiatives.
  • Lead the creation of compelling videos, including coordinating filming schedules, developing scripts, editing footage, and adding engaging visual elements.
  • Design logos, cover photos, and other visual assets using new brand standards to maintain a consistent and professional image.
  • Plan and curate content for monthly newsletters, featuring employee spotlights, announcements, and facility stories.
  • Develop content calendars, researching marketing opportunities, and suggesting creative ideas to maximize facility benefits.

Quality Assurance:

  • Review and proofread marketing materials, ensuring accuracy of logos, contact information, addresses, QR codes, and other essential details.
  • Verify and validate information on initial websites and social media profiles for accuracy and completeness.

Coaching and Training:

  • Offer social media training sessions for new employees, highlighting best practices, policies, and resource access.
  • Provide guidance and training to facilities that require assistance in improving their online image, focusing on Google Profiles, Facebook, and other platforms.

Reporting and Analysis:

  • Prepare in-depth social media reports, assessing performance data and providing actionable insights to enhance online presence.
  • Break down assessment data into measurable information to assist facilities in improving their social media strategies.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, content creation, and digital marketing strategies.
  • Proficient in video editing software, graphic design tools, and multimedia content creation.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior experience in social media management and content creation is preferred.
