Title: Systems Administrator - IT Infrastructure and Client Support

Role Overview: As a Systems Administrator, you will play a critical role in maintaining our internal systems and virtual servers, ensuring the security and integrity of client data. You will also provide support for a range of access control and security camera products, as well as voice and phone systems. This is a dynamic role that requires a combination of technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and a customer-centric approach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain internal systems and virtual servers to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
  • Provide technical support for access control and security camera products, including troubleshooting issues and implementing solutions.
  • Support clients with IT-related queries, including assistance with access control systems, security cameras, and voice solutions.
  • Collaborate with vendors such as Salto, Panasonic/iPro, Rhombus, Axis, Video Insight, Milestone, and Ecobee to resolve issues and optimize system performance.
  • Assist with the implementation and maintenance of voice and phone systems, including Allworx and VoIP services.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and system optimization.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Certified with at least CompTIA A+, Network+ or other equivalent technology certifications
  • Proven experience as a Systems Administrator or similar role, with a strong understanding of IT infrastructure and client support.
  • Proficiency in managing virtual servers, access control systems, security cameras, and voice solutions.
  • Experience working with vendors such as Salto, Panasonic/iPro, Rhombus, Axis, Video Insight, Milestone, and ecobee is highly desirable.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
  • Strong communication skills with a customer-centric mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Windows Server
  • Active Directory infrastructure (deployment/upgrades)
  • Group Policy administration/Windows security
  • Patch management tools (WSUS, SCCM, etc.)
  • VMWare Server Virtualization
