Paul Davis is currently looking for an entry level Administrative Assistant in Strongsville, OH. At Paul Davis, we help homeowners put their lives together after a traumatic event. What does an Administrative Assistant with Paul Davis do?

Manage all phases of job costing within RMS (our CRM) and QuickBooks Accounting Software

Process vendor invoices and ensure accurate coding and entry into the accounting system

Prepare and process weekly check runs for payments to vendors

Assist VP of Administrative Services in maintaining all accounting and financial records for franchise

Excellent phone skills, greeting all clients and visitors with professionalism

Be empathetic and show a sense of urgency while communicating through modern technology

Assist with the daily operations of the franchise as needed

The ideal Administrative Assistant:

Is organized but flexible. Must be able to prioritize and manage time

Thrives under high stress situations

Works well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Previous experience in Accounts Payable & Receivable; understands debits and credits and how they work

Has QuickBooks knowledge

In-person office position: Monday to Friday, 8:30a-5p
