As an Enterprise Account Manager for Managed Print and Document Services, you will be responsible for nurturing and expanding relationships with our enterprise clients. Your primary goal will be to understand their business needs, align our solutions to those needs, and drive adoption and growth within these key accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with enterprise-level clients.
  • Act as the primary point of contact and advocate for clients within the company.
  • Understand clients' printing needs and provide tailored MPS solutions.
  • Develop and execute account plans, including growth strategies and revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful implementation and delivery of MPS solutions.
  • Conduct regular business reviews, identify opportunities for upselling, and drive contract renewals.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes to provide strategic insights.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Sales, or relevant field experience.
  • At least 21 years of age or older.
  • 3+ years of sales experience.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license issued in your state of residence.
  • Proven track record in enterprise-level account management, preferably in Managed Print Services or related technology solutions.
  • Strong understanding of printing technologies, document management, and MPS concepts.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and present insights to drive business decisions.
  • Experience in creating and executing strategic account plans.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and customer-focused mindset.
