As a UX Designer, you will be part of the design team supporting product development. The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, a strong portfolio demonstrating design thinking, and experience using Figma. Job Title: UX Designer Location: Columbus, OH Pay Range: $58hr What's the Job? Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience. Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering. Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas. Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to optimize existing interfaces and create new features. Develop and maintain design systems to ensure consistency across all platforms and products. What's Needed? 3-7 years of UX design experience, preferably with a focus on digital products. Proficiency in Figma, with a strong portfolio demonstrating design thinking and problem-solving skills. Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility standards. Strong visual design skills with a keen eye for detail.
