Job Description and Responsibilities:This position will work with the GSG DLA DIBBS team to research and obtain quotes for potential opportunities which will be entered into the NetSuite ERP System.Regarding DIBBS, the position will work in the following areas:1. Research: Review current DIBBS opportunities provided by GSG team members andcontact associated approved vendors and/or manufacturers for quote estimates.2. NetSuite Data Entry: Enter into system all submissions (as Opportunities) to include all quote/bid related documentation. 3. Expediting: Contact and confirm the current production and/or shipping status of open purchase orders to ensure they remain on the advised schedule. As the position continues to grow, additional responsibilities will be discussed (please see below):In addition to the work indicated for DIBBS, this position will provide necessary support for GSG interactionwith US military branches, DLA and DCMA. Post-Award and Pre-Award requests will be addressed incoordination with the GSG Team Sales Manager.
