Interseal has huge growth potential, and is looking for the right person to lead the charge in North Americas and into Central America. Position The job holder will report to the Director US Services and will be responsible for growth of sales in North America, and eventually into Central America. Interseal’s current sales volume is around $1.3 million. With the right candidate, we look to double this in the next few years. The main tasks for this position will be as follows: Control of the operative business and further development of the strategic orientation of the division together with the Managing Director Creating trusting, team-oriented cooperation with a US and international sales organization Development of strategies and measures to acquire new customers Processing and review of inquiries and offers Leading, supporting and promoting the field sales/service staff Maintaining contact with key customers and dealers Further development and optimization of workflows and processes in the sales department with the goal to constantly improving Implementation of measures to acquire new customers Preparation of market and competition analyses, identification of trends and market potentials Adjustment of sales activities Preparation of sales planning, budgeting and keeping track of sales figures Required profile The ideal candidate has successfully completed a technical degree or equivalent training. Have had several years of professional sales experience, gained in a responsible position within an international sealing technology company. Are familiar with the industrial markets and knows the commercial business. Strong planning and organizational skills are also important to make you successful. Overall, the personality is of decisive importance; we are looking for a strong salesperson who can keep calm and maintain an overview even in hectic situations. Being highly motivated with a natural authority and "hands on" mentality. Able to communicate your expertise competently. As well as being able to drive topics forward and at the same time keeps an eye for what is feasible. Someone who prefers a solution-oriented and pragmatic approach and who is equipped with the necessary perseverance. Confident in communicating with global entities and knows how to work with people of different nationalities / cultures successfully. Goal-oriented, flexible and pursues all task with passion. Possesses very good analytical skills, is credible and can resolve conflicts professionally. A high willingness to perform and a strong customer orientation round off the profile. Our candidate will have very good writing skills and is able to freely speak in English. Bilingual Spanish speaking is a plus. Extensive travel (up to 80% of the time) is required.
