**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance operations of our facilities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating and supervising the maintenance team, ensuring all equipment and systems are properly maintained to prevent downtime and ensure efficient operations.

**Responsibilities:**

1. Supervise and lead a team of maintenance technicians.

2. Develop and implement maintenance procedures to ensure efficient operations.

3. Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment to identify and resolve issues.

4. Schedule and prioritize maintenance activities to minimize downtime.

5. Coordinate with external vendors and contractors as needed.

6. Train and mentor maintenance staff on best practices and safety procedures.

7. Maintain maintenance logs and records.

8. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

**Qualifications:**

1. Proven experience as a Maintenance Supervisor or similar role.

2. Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.

3. Leadership and team management skills.

4. Excellent problem-solving abilities.

5. Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.

6. Certification in maintenance or a related field is a plus.
