About this role: As an Advanced Practice Provider in Addiction Medicine, you will work with a team of healthcare professionals committed to providing compassionate care and excellent patient experience. In this role you will work alongside a Physican and integrated therapists to provide full spectrum addictiontreatment, prescribe medications including medications for opioid use disorder and co-occurring psychiatric conditions and help manage treatment plans This position includes a$10,000sign-on bonus,up to $7,500 in relocation assistance if applicable You will practice at Intermountain Health St. Mary'sAddiction Medicine Clinic in Grand Junction, Colorado Your hours will be Monday through Thursday, 7:00 am to 5:30pm, Wednesday until 6:30pm with NO call How we'll support you: We care about your well-being which is why we provide our caregivers a generous benefits package. What you'll bring: APRN or PA-C degree from an accredited program At least 1-2 years of experience, direct experience in Psych and or Addiction Medicine preferred.
