What You Will Contribute to OHM Advisors

As an IT service technician at OHM Advisors, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the company's technology infrastructure. You will bring your knowledge of computer software & hardware to provide technical support to employees. You will also contribute to increase productivity, improve employee satisfaction, and overall business success.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Provide software and hardware support and resolve issues.
  • Prepare and deploy computers and associated peripheral hardware.
  • Manage local inventory of computer assets.
  • Provide occasional after-hours support.
  • As-needed travel to remote offices (within 3-hour drive radius).
Requirements:
  • 1+ year of equivalent work experience in an IT support role or active enrollment in a relevant degree program.
  • Knowledge of computer hardware, software, and mobile devices.
  • Experience with Microsoft Windows 10 / 11 & Microsoft Office 365.
  • Excellent interpersonal communications skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • CompTIA and/or Microsoft Certification(s) is a plus.
