Primary Function The UKG System Administrator will manage the UKG Pro Workforce Management (formerly UKG Dimensions) application which includes managing the UKG environment, implementing new capabilities, configuring pay, attendance and leave rules, coordinating integration with the payroll and other systems, and creating new reports/data views. This role will be a subject matter expert on all aspects of the UKG Pro Workforce Management to improve business processes, improve workforce productivity and enhance day-to-day operations. In addition, this role will be responsible for resolving day-to-day technical issues and managing user security. Responsibilities Maintains detailed knowledge of UKG product suite with an awareness of opportunities to expand solutions and services. Will be the Subject Matter Expert on all UKG Pro Workforce Management elements configured in the system. Responsible for managing UKG Pro Workforce Management integration with payroll and other analytics systems. Configures and maintains business structures, data views, control center, timekeeping, user access, pay rules, basic scheduling, absence management and accruals. Test fixes to ensure an incident has been adequately resolved. Troubleshooting time clocks and configurations. Write clear, concise, well-organized technical documentation to maintain standards and procedures. Will work with business users to create data views and reports to improve productivity. Will work with HR/Business to identify new opportunities and roll out new functionalities. Will be involved in the future strategic direction of the application roadmap to identify future impacts/changes for global implementations. Will identify training needs of end users and provide the necessary system and end user training and documents. Will be the key point of contact between HR/Finance/Payroll/and Operational teams.Collaborates with the HRIS Support Liaison(s) Acts as first point of contact for UKG support team Qualifications Bachelor’s degree preferred. Will consider candidates with equivalent work experience with UKG Workforce Management solutions or related system applications. 3+ years minimum related work experience. Experience with Labor Categories, Attendance/Leave Policies, Shift Premiums, Shift Patterns, Assignment Profiles. In-depth knowledge of standard UKG Pro Workforce Management clock configuration and setups Knowledge of advanced scheduling concepts within UKG Pro Workforce Management (formerly UKG Dimensions) Knowledge around UKG Payroll & Benefits is a plus Understanding of integration between UKG and other HRIS & Business applications. Knowledge of business operations/processes and using industry best practices/standards to complete analysis, design, and documentation. Effectively build relationships with key stakeholders at all levels. Knowledgeable in current HR policies, practices, and ability to anticipate future trends affecting the business from a systems and process perspective. Strong understanding of ERP, SaaS solutions, and other systems Understanding of system implementation, integration and IT dependencies while driving projects forward. Well-developed communication skills - both verbal and written.
