Our Corporate Office is looking to hire a Purchase Funder (remote).

Job Title: Purchase Funder

Reports To: Post-Closing Acquisitions Manager/Director of Acquisitions

FLSA Status: Non-Exempt

Department: Post-Closing

Division: Correspondent

Salary Range: $45K to $50K per year

Summary: To accurately review loan file and pay histories to establish correct Unpaid Principal Balances, Escrows, etc. for the purchase of loans from Correspondent Clients.

Duties and Responsibilities include the following.

• Fund cleared correspondent loans ready for purchase.
• Work collaboratively with internal counterparts and third parties to efficiently fund compliant saleable loans.
• Review Pay History and loan documentation to accurately compute Purchase Advice and wires for Correspondent Channel.
• Track Pipeline for new loans through wire completion to ensure wires are ordered accurately and compliantly.
• Work with warehouses on loans requiring additionally documentation to wire or wire exception requests.
• Work with Correspondent Clients regarding wire questions or concerns.
• Work with Correspondent Clients and secondary Team for pricing reconciliation.
• Other duties as assigned

Education/Experience:

Degree: High School Diploma or Equivalent. Experience preferred.
