About Us: Milford Regional Medical Center is a full-service, community and regional teaching hospital located in Milford, Mass. and serves patients from more than 20 towns in Central Massachusetts. Cat Scan services are provided in our main department, the Emergency department, and at our Milford Regional-Dana-Farber Cancer Center. All CT units have the same scanning platform to allow for easier assignment rotations. Statement of Purpose: Administers ionizing radiation to patients under direction of radiologist. Performs diagnostic CT examinations for subsequent evaluation and treatment by attending physician. Qualifications: Education: Associates degree in Radiologic Technology required. Cross sectional anatomy courses required. Certification/License: Registered A.R.R.T., MA License, current CPR skills, CT certification required. Experience: Up to 1 year of diagnostic Radiologic experience. 1 year experience in CT preferred. Proficiency in IV contrast infusion techniques with certification in IV infusion. MRMC Differentials: Hospital differentials are: $3.50 hourly for evenings, $4.75 hourly for nights, and $2.75 hourly for weekends. All differentials are paid based per hospital policy.
