Description

ESC's premier client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Content Marketing Manager to join their Generative AI team. In this role, you will craft compelling, audience-focused messaging, elevate content creation across a team of product marketers, and own the creation of newsworthy blogs surrounding major launch moments. You will also develop and execute innovative marketing programs to position the client as a leader in generative AI and collaborate with the customer reference team to create impactful customer stories.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft compelling, audience-focused messaging for the generative AI business.
  • Bar-raise content creation across a team of product marketers, including thought leadership articles, eBooks, promotional copy, and more.
  • Own the creation of newsworthy blogs surrounding major launch moments.
  • Develop and execute marketing programs to position client as a leader in generative AI.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging and branding.
  • Work with the customer reference team to craft customer stories that educate and inspire.
  • Collaborate with customers to showcase successful use cases and highlight the impact of clients generative AI solutions.
  • Identify industry trends and leverage insights to inform content strategy and marketing initiatives.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • 4+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in the technology or AI industry.
  • Proven track record of creating compelling, audience-focused messaging and content.
  • Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to produce high-quality content under tight deadlines.
  • Experience developing and executing successful marketing programs.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to inform marketing strategies and decisions.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Passion for technology and AI, with a deep understanding of the generative AI landscape.
