Responsibilities:
- Start off by conducting comprehensive clinical assessments and developing treatment plans based on established best practices and solution-based interventions. You've got this
- Utilize your expertise in administering various therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other evidence-based modalities, tailoring them to meet your clients' unique needs and preferences.
- Keep those accurate and timely clinical records in check, making sure you're in full compliance with HIPAA and other relevant regulations and standards. Dot those I's and cross those T's
- Collaborate and work your magic with other members of our exceptional treatment team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals. Teamwork makes the dream work

Requirements
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program
- Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state
- Minimum of two (2) years of post-licensure experience providing clinical social work services
- Proficiency in conducting diagnostic assessments and developing treatment plans
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to establish rapport with diverse populations
- Commitment to cultural competence, social justice, and ethical practice
