Responsibilities:

  • Start off by conducting comprehensive clinical assessments and developing treatment plans based on established best practices and solution-based interventions. You've got this
  • Utilize your expertise in administering various therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other evidence-based modalities, tailoring them to meet your clients' unique needs and preferences.
  • Keep those accurate and timely clinical records in check, making sure you're in full compliance with HIPAA and other relevant regulations and standards. Dot those I's and cross those T's
  • Collaborate and work your magic with other members of our exceptional treatment team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals. Teamwork makes the dream work
  • We're big on continuous improvement, so participating in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to enhance the quality of care is a must.
  • Be that beacon of knowledge and support for your patients and their families. Educate them on mental health issues, treatment options, and community resources that can make a real difference in their lives.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program
  • Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state
  • Minimum of two (2) years of post-licensure experience providing clinical social work services
  • Proficiency in conducting diagnostic assessments and developing treatment plans
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to establish rapport with diverse populations
  • Commitment to cultural competence, social justice, and ethical practice
