Ensure application functionality developed aligns with business requirements and work with Development and QA team to address issues.

Work with Business Users and project team to help perform UAT and get system and user acceptance issues fixed.

Identify opportunities for improvement. Works closely with client management to inspect & improve process; identify bottlenecks and inconsistencies. Facilitate and drive continuous improvement

Develop and maintain key performance indicators & dashboards, proactively monitoring and analyze results of activities, suggest alternative actions, identify opportunities for improvement and driving understanding across the business

Perform the job duties mentioned in the General Duties Section of this Resource Request

Take direction from the client you are assigned to

Report status weekly to the client

Provide appropriate guidance with respect to requirements to developers as required
