The Select Group is seeking an experienced Pega Trainer to join a top banking client in the Jacksonville area This role will require experience in Pega training and live classroom instruction. Please review the details below and apply today

Job Title: Pega Trainer

Project Highlight:
  • Our client is internally expanding the scope of how they use Pega software -will use it for workflow tracking, data changes, etc.
  • Need a trainer to help teach customer service andcollection teams within the bank onhow to use Pega.
Must Have Skills:
  • Live in person training experience.
  • Experienced Pega user.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, soft skills highly important.
Nice To Have:
  • Financial Services Background.
  • Equipment Leading experience, mortgages knowledge.
Day to day responsibilities:
  • Live classroom instruction on Pega software.
  • Developand delivercontent to collections and customer service teams.
