About the Role

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UX/UI Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing exceptional user experiences for our websites, customer portals, and digital products. Your expertise will help us enhance usability, increase engagement, and strengthen brand loyalty. Experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) and/or beauty industries is a strong plus, as we aim to craft designs that resonate with our target audiences.
Key Responsibilities

  • User Research & Analysis: Conduct user research to understand customer needs, pain points, and behaviors. Analyze data to inform design decisions.
  • Website Design: Create intuitive, visually appealing, and functional website designs aligned with the brand's identity and goals.
  • Customer Portal Design: Develop seamless customer portal experiences, optimizing usability and functionality for various user types.
  • Wireframing & Prototyping: Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and prototypes to communicate design ideas effectively.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and alignment with business objectives.
  • Design Systems: Maintain and enhance design systems, ensuring consistency across all digital touchpoints.
  • Testing & Iteration: Conduct usability testing and A/B testing, incorporating feedback to refine designs.
  • Industry Trends: Stay updated on the latest UX/UI trends, tools, and techniques, with a focus on CPG and beauty industry best practices.
Qualifications
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design, particularly in website and customer portal design.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the CPG and/or beauty space, with a strong understanding of consumer behavior and industry aesthetics.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
    • Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
  • Portfolio: A compelling portfolio showcasing your experience in website and portal design, including examples from the CPG or beauty sectors, if applicable.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Strong communication skills with the ability to present and justify design decisions.
    • Collaborative mindset with a passion for problem-solving.
    • Attention to detail and a keen eye for design aesthetics.
