MLR is looking for a dedicated full-time Radiation Therapist to join our client's renowned oncology team at a premier healthcare facility located near El Paso, TX
Key Responsibilities for Radiation Therapist:
- Administer precise radiation treatments, prioritizing patient safety and comfort.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement customized treatment plans.
- Operate and maintain radiation therapy equipment in accordance with safety protocols.
- Monitor patient progress and manage side effects, providing support and educational materials to patients and their families.
- Maintain accurate patient records following healthcare regulations.
- Participate in quality assurance and improvement efforts to enhance patient care.
- Current certification as a Radiation Therapist (ARRT) is required.
- Graduate of an accredited Radiation Therapy program.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a clinical environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
