As an apprentice you will be trained for cleaning and maintaining all types of floors and upholstery, ensuring a clean and inviting atmosphere for our customers.

Our owner leads our cleaning teams to exceed customer expectations with thorough cleanings, environmentally friendly cleaning products, and outstanding customer service. Our floor tech position is ideal for veterans, janitors, custodians, general laborers, and more.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of all types of floors, including hardwood, tile, carpet, and vinyl.
• Utilize appropriate cleaning equipment and chemicals to ensure effective and safe cleaning.
• Vacuum, sweep, mop, and scrub floors to remove dirt, stains, and debris.
• Identify and address any floor or upholstery issues, such as stains, damages, or repairs needed.
• Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines.
• Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment inventory, and report any shortages or malfunctions.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and timely completion of cleaning tasks.
• Provide exceptional customer service and address any customer concerns or requests

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license and Clean driving record
• Authorized to work in the USA
• Live within 30 minutes of Northridge
• The willingness to learn new skills and to move up in the business
• The ability to lift at least 40 lbs and to be able to do all of the physical work
