COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS for Psychiatry
- Salary: $300K-$350K+ with annual base increases
- Relocation: Yes
- Sign-on: Yes
- CME: 5 days + $2,000
- Paid Time Off: 25 days – PTO cash out, PTO increases, and holiday pay

RESPONSIBILITIES AND FACILITY DETAILS for Psychiatry
- Schedule: Monday to Friday (40-hour week): 50% Administrative / 50% Clinical
- No call / No weekends
- Patient Load: 3-9 patients per day (includes 1 new evaluation daily)
- Patient Times: 60-minute new evaluations, 30-minute follow-ups (Timing adjustable at the provider's discretion)
- Oversee: Staffing, medication services, and psychiatric services. The provider will manage: 5 LPNs, 1 Nurse Supervisor, and 2 Psychiatrists.
- The primary base is located at the Lancaster, PA office, with the option to commute to 3 other office locations at the provider's discretion. (Company car available for use.)
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS for Psychiatry
- Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible in Adult or Child & Adolescent Psychiatry
- Medical Director experience preferred
