We're looking for a skilled flooring installer to add to our growing team. In this position, you would be responsible for installing many different types of flooring for both commercial clients and industrial clients.

You'll be asked to work on new construction projects and existing structures. When the work takes place in an existing structure, you will need to remove the building's old flooring before installing the new one to the client's specifications. In new projects, you will be tasked with following the blueprints to implement a flooring system that matches the plan.

To do well in this position, you will need to be deeply familiar with the techniques and tools used to install various types of flooring. You should be comfortable working with minimal supervision and capable of observing all safety guidelines.

Flooring Installer Responsibilities:
  • Meet with clients to determine their flooring needs
  • Follow blueprints to install flooring in new construction projects
  • Remove old floorings from existing structures
  • Clear the working surface of dust and debris
  • Prepare the surface to be worked on by applying adhesive and grout
  • Ensure that all flooring that you install is well-positioned and secure
Flooring Installer Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in the flooring industry
  • Capable of working both independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with common flooring installation practices
  • Ability to work with a wide variety of tools and techniques
  • Must have all tools and have own transportation.

Para desempeñarse bien en este puesto, deberá estar profundamente familiarizado con las técnicas y herramientas utilizadas para instalar varios tipos de pisos. Debe sentirse cómodo trabajando con una supervisión mínima y ser capaz de observar todas las pautas de seguridad.

Responsabilidades del instalador de pisos:

  • Reunirse con los clientes para determinar sus necesidades de pisos.
