Easterns Automotive Group is seeking a skilled and dynamic Human Resources Associate with experience in ADP Workforce Now to join our team. Key Responsibilities:

As a Human Resources Associate, your duties will include:
  • ADP Workforce Now Utilization: Regularly use ADP Workforce Now for payroll, benefits administration, and reporting. Experience with ADP Workforce Now is strongly preferred.
  • Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the HR department, including using ADP Workforce Now to maintain employee records.
  • Reporting Tools and HRIS: Utilize ADP Workforce Now and other HRIS systems to generate reports and maintain accurate records.
  • Documentation Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation.
  • Referral of Complex Questions: Refer more complex questions to appropriate senior-level HR staff or management.
  • File Integrity and Confidentiality: Ensure the integrity and confidentiality of human resource files and records.
  • File Audits: Perform periodic audits of HR files and records to ensure that all required documents are collected and filed appropriately.
  • New Hire Orientation: Assist with the new hire orientation process, including onboarding tasks in ADP Workforce Now.
  • Special Event Assistance: Assist with the planning and execution of special events such as benefits enrollment, organization-wide meetings, employee recognition events, holiday parties, and retirement celebrations.
  • Scheduling: Schedule meetings and interviews as requested by the HR manager.
  • Additional Duties: Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have:
  • Experience with ADP Workforce Now: Strongly preferred experience using ADP Workforce Now (sometimes referred to as ADP WorkforceNow) for payroll, benefits administration, and HRIS reporting.
  • Spanish-Speaking Bilingual: Being bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
  • Detail-Oriented in a Fast-Paced Environment: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Organizational and Communication Skills: Must possess strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Approachability and Customer Service: Approachable with exceptional customer service skills, both internally and externally.
  • Time Management: Ability to manage time effectively.
  • Trustworthiness: Must demonstrate a high degree of trustworthiness in handling confidential and sensitive information.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Software: Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Commute/Relocation: Ability to reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required).
