Ability to: Use loading manifest to know what to load Perform daily inspection of fork truck Operate fork truck in a safe manner Properly load & unload trailers Make out bill of lading Properly store units in warehouse Supply machines with stock &/or materials Properly receive materials Properly palletize or shrink wrap a unit Maintain tally of what has been loaded Identify units Handle units to avoid damage EQUIPMENT OPERATED: Computer input terminal Fork truck Shrink wrap equipment Hand bander QUALITY: Perform the following quality checks Visually inspect units for appearance Visually inspect units for damage If major problem - notify supervisor COMMUNICATION: Verbal Written EDUCATIONAL TRAINING: Ability to read and do basic math B.
