IT Manager

Key Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the IT planning, request management and project execution of Airsys US. Deep understanding of the business objectives and challenges of various unites like sales, production, manufacturing and finance. Utilize IT technology, resources, and methods to promote continuous business process optimization and support the achievement of business goals
2. Responsible for planning and implementation of ERP system. Performing the project manager role to conduct cross-functional request surveys, lead writing of RFP (request for proposal), coordinate and manage system developers and internal IT operation team, organize end user reviews and acceptance, and ensure project's smooth delivery
3. Responsible for ERP operation, working with third-party companies to address various issues that arise during system operation
4. Collaborate with IT Director on IT strategic planning and implementation, assist in developing and executing IT budget, coordinate production and manufacturing departments on IT related work
5. Assist in process streamline of US sales, production, and supply chain
6. Maintain KNDY system

Qualifications and Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Information Management, Automation, or related fields
2. Worked as IT product manager or request analyst for at least 3 years with mechanical manufacturing background. Led or involved in at least one full-cycle ERP project from system selection, implementation, delivery, to operation and maintenance
3. Be able to streamline complex businesses process; excellent communication and coordination skills; strong sense of initiative, responsibility, and team spirit
4. Candidates with knowledge of CRM/PLM/MES system will be preferred
5. Experience in database development and programming is preferred
6. English be the working language
