Job Summary

We are seeking a knowledgeable IT Technician to join our team. As an Application Support Specialist, you will install, maintain, and train end users on an inbound parcel tracking application and work with processes to ensure that all employees using desktop or remote computing equipment can conduct their business and access information in accordance with company standards.

Respond to troubleshooting needs and resolve software problems in a timely, effective, professional manner. Maintain communication at all times with the clients. Keep accurate records and maintain system documentation.

Support and train end users and clients on an internal application.

Ability to perform systems management tasks such as manage customer expectations, provide system plans and track work. Ability to adapt and learn quickly using technology and applying it to a mail center and distribution environment. Excellent communication skills and demonstrated ability to work as part of a development team and independently are essential.

Knowledge of SQL, IIS, IOS and Android preferred.

Oden Industries, Inc. is a growing company with a great reputation in internal tracking systems for mail centers and receiving docks. The company provides a strong customer service-oriented atmosphere where technical professionals can grow and wear multiple hats.

The ideal candidate has 1-3 years professional application support and training experience with strong customer service and troubleshooting skills.
