Job Summary:

Crown Automotive, a leading automotive dealership in Pinellas Park, Florida, is seeking a responsible and organized individual to join our team as an Automotive Shipper/Receiver at our Pinellas Division. As a Shipper/Receiver, you will play a key role in ensuring that our dealership runs smoothly by managing the flow of inventory in and out of our facility. This is a full-time, hourly other position with an opportunity for growth and career advancement.

Compensation & Benefits:

The compensation for this position is $15 to $16 per hour. In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, paid time off, retirement savings plans, and other employee perks.

Responsibilities:

- Receive, inspect, and document incoming inventory from various suppliers and manufacturers
- Create and maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing inventory
- Organize and maintain the dealership's physical inventory, ensuring everything is properly labeled and securely stored
- Prepare and package items for shipment, including boxing, wrapping, and securing items as needed
- Effectively communicate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of needed parts and supplies
- Process and document all outgoing shipments and delivery receipts
- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile any discrepancies
- Follow all safety procedures and protocols to maintain a safe working environment

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience in shipping/receiving or warehouse management preferred
- Must be detail-oriented and possess strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proficient in basic computer software programs, such as Microsoft Excel and Word
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time
- Knowledge of automotive parts and vocabulary is a plus
- Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record
