You will join our Water Team

As our new Project Manager you will be part of our Client facing team, nurturing strong existing client relationships, especially in the New York State municipal water and wastewater field. Your key tasks and responsibilities will be:

  • Manage Water/Wastewaterprojects and lead high performance teams.
  • Contribute to the sustainable financial growth of Ramboll.

  • Strong technical background and experience in design, evaluation and construction of water and wastewater treatment and pumping facilities.
  • Proven project leadership and project management (scope, schedule, and budget). Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • 8+ years experience
  • Demonstrated successful track record in exceptional client services.
  • B.S. in Civil or Environmental Engineering
  • Professional Engineering license in New York required with ability to obtain multiple licenses through reciprocity;

Your key tasks and responsibilities will be:

This position will be responsible for implementing projects within the Water Market Sector in New York and surrounding Northeast region with a focus on water and wastewater treatment facilities, pipelines, and pump stations, solids treatment and master planning.

The Project Manager position is for a person who has demonstrated the ability to manage projects. In addition, expectations are that this position will contribute to the sustainable financial growth of Ramboll, lead high performance teams, mentor future leaders, and motivate employees.

Personal qualities that will help you succeed in this role include:Strong personnel development skills with experience in engineering and design positions. Proven project leadership, project management (scope, schedule, and budget) and mentoring skills.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent interpersonal and communications skills. Excellent team player with the ability to function effectively in a variety of roles on integrated project teams.
