Key Responsibilities: As a CSR, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients. The CSR would also be responsible for checking in/out patients and verifying insurance eligibility for a fast-paced center. Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Provides clerical support to assigned departments in the areas of patient registration. Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and provide timely solutions. Release of patient information and appointments scheduling, and Data entry of client information into Electronic Health Records (EHR).
