Share Job** The Neurosciences District Manager leads the sales performance and professional development of a team of Account Specialists within an assigned geographical area, that are focused on the BOTOX therapeutic areas of Chronic Migraine, Movement Disorders and Overactive Bladder/NDO. Supported customer accounts may include community/private practices, community-based hospitals, academic medical centers,

military treatment facilities, and Veterans Affairs Medical Centers.

The District Manager cultivates relationships with key opinion leaders and other identified account stakeholders while also developing internal relationships across other teams, divisions, and departments to maximize utilization and effectiveness of all available Allergan resources. The District Manager drives sales performance, executes business objectives, and develops their team of Account Specialists through live sales meetings, conference calls, field co-travels, and annual performance reviews. The District Manager ensures that promotional sales and marketing initiatives, along with all other DM and Account Specialist responsibilities, are executed in a legally compliant manner.
