In this “highly visible” position, you will report directly to the VP of Programs & Engineering and manage all program activities for their critical rotorcraft product portfolio.
Responsibilities to include:
- “Hands-on” leader experienced with managing critical/complex PROGRAM REQUIREMENTS used in both Commercial and Defense applications.
- Lead mechanical engineering initiatives & manage a couple project engineers on custom designs of critical/complex components.
- Able to run programs full life cycle; capture, develop, schedule, mitigate risks, costs, testing, and delivery.
- Collaborate with Business Development and Customers on technical requirements and contribute to the proposal & capture.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Strong Technical/Engineering background specific to MECHANICAL components/parts or solutions used in aerospace/aviation products (structures, components, fix wing, rotorcraft, VTOL etec)
- Ability to manage programs' full life cycle & collaborate across all disciplines throughout the organization.
- Minimal travels to other facilities & divisions, customer sites, suppliers, as needed.
- BS or MS Engineering or Technical Degree
- US Citizenship (eligibility for a DoD clearance is a PLUS)
